The Open Body Yin Series™ is a collection of four gentle 20-minute Yin Yoga classes designed to help release deep-seated tension and rehydrate the connective tissue that naturally becomes drier and less elastic with age. Using supported floor-based movements, you'll gently encourage hydration, create space around the joints, and help the body unwind from years of accumulated stiffness and holding. No forcing.No complicated sequences. Just simple Yin practices that help your body feel looser, lighter, and more comfortable from the inside out.
