Frequently Asked Questions
Can I do this at my desk or while traveling?
Yes! One of the best things about the Ribbon Flow is that many of the movements can be done standing or seated, making it the perfect "active break" to refresh your posture during a long workday.
How much time do I need per day?
Consistency beats intensity every time. These sessions are designed as 5-minute higher-impact resets. You can fit them into a morning routine or even a lunch break to refresh your posture and energy.
I have specific pain or a condition; is this safe for me?
Safety is our foundation. Because we focus on subtle, neurological movements rather than forced stretching, this is often much safer for sensitive joints than traditional workouts. (Always check with your doctor, but our goal is to move you out of pain by aligning your structure).
Do I need previous yoga experience?
Not at all. This isn't about traditional yoga poses; it's about re-patterning your movement. If you can breathe and move your arms, you can do this.
Is the Ribbon Flow part of the Active or Passive Formula?
It’s actually the bridge between the two. While it involves movement (Active), the focus is on a fluid, low-impact "wave" that calms the nervous system (Passive). It’s designed to be your "anytime" reset that keeps your posture vibrant throughout the day.
Does the Ribbon Flow help with "Tech Neck" or computer fatigue?
It’s one of the best tools for it! The rhythmic, waving motions of the ribbon counteract the forward-and-down "crunched" position of office work. It re-hydrates the fascia around your neck and chest, offering an immediate sense of "opening up" after hours at a screen.
